It’s a new year and we have a (mostly!) new committee! At the AGM in December the following people were voted in: General Secretary & Treasurer – Debs Sutcliffe; Membership Secretary – Florence Van Schependom; Social Secretary – Martin Sutcliffe; Walks Secretary – Robin Dearden; Footpath Secretary – Steve Fleming, with Dave Pannell staying on as the Website Secretary. The role of Footpath Secretary is a new one for Take A Hike. Steve will be our group point of contact for any footpath problems you find, from dangerous stiles to obstructed footpaths. Steve is also looking to organise some volunteer events, so please get in touch with Steve if you are interested in volunteering some time. You can read more on our new footpath problems page here.
