As if you needed another reason...
...to go to the pub meet this Thursday, the Scarborough Hotel's annual beer festival is running between now and the 5th, so get yourself down there and sample some of their guest beers. Cider drinkers like me (yes, I know...) will be delighted to hear that we've been promised some goodies as well. The pub meet is also a good place to buttonhole committee members and get/give feedback on ideas and upcoming events.
Plus, keep an eye on the social diary over the next couple of days: two new events are about to appear - an alternative Valentine's night out on the 14th (I heard a rumour I wasn't the only single person in the group) and on the 15th, Skating at Ice Cube with Chris Longstaff.
